• Crazy-cool git integration (with more SCM's in the works).
  • ...but no other wierd email 'integration' (blah+me.34327653-1287-dsf3ifn37hd@crazytracker.com!?)
  • No complicated access permissions (users are either admin's or they aren't).
  • Small-team focused workflow. That means triageassignedqaclosed and back (hopefully not, though :)).
  • An interesting and, if you ask me, long-time-coming way to find the tickets that need your attention.
  • Opinionated — but with some behavioral options for different styles of approaching your bugs (eg. QA people, your manager, etc).
  • Inline files. Put icons, thumbs or full-size images directly in the text of your comment. No more 'attaching' files to be listed somewhere off to the side.
  • Speaking of comments: Full markdown support, plus some handy stuff like the aforementioned embedded commit widgets, images and the ability to reference other tickets or releases.
  • No UI dumb-down for, or time wasted on, IE support! Although a cursory look at it in IE8 shows the only problem is the lack of CSS3 rounded corners (I'm as shocked as you are).
